Please read before booking💚! A $15 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required upon booking & goes towards your service total. Deposits can ONLY be accepted via booking site! You’ll have a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes, your appointment will cancelled & charged with a 20% fee (Communication is key!) Services cannot change within 48 hours of your appointment. Please NO EXTRA GUESTS unless being serviced. Face masks are OPTIONAL however, I can provide you with one. If you are experiencing any symptoms PLEASE reschedule. Please arrive to your appointment with bare HEALTHY nails or my work ONLY. *REMOVAL FROM ANOTHER TECH OR SHOP WILL BE EXTRA CHARGE!* I do not work over other techs’ or shops work. You WILL turned away if FAILURE to abide by policy. If you have to CANCEL or reschedule your appointment, please do so 24 hours BEFORE your appointment. *Communication is key!* SAME DAY cancellation will result in a 20% cancellation charge. If you reschedule 24 hours AFTER your rescheduled appt, you will have to pay ANOTHER deposit. NO CALL/NO SHOW will result in a CANCELLATION CHARGE and you may be BLOCKED from all future bookings. If the charge does not go through, you WILL be BLOCKED from ALL FUTURE BOOKINGS.
